Chris has been instrumental in me getting a new job, he gave me the confidence I was once lacking and I start my new job soon so a massive thank you from me.

Rew Lowe

Chris provided a calm, clear-sighted and gently challenging forum for me to explore and question my next steps after a period of transition, the outcome of which was a clear plan about my next steps, which I'm enthused and confident in approaching. Thanks, Chris!

I started working with Chris because I desperately needed some help with my career options, after experiencing high stress and burnout in my current role as a frontline senior social worker. I couldn't really see what my way out of the sector would be and although I knew I had some transferable skills, I wasn't able to really quantify what they were or where I would even begin to change career. Chris' approach was kind, empathetic and encouraging, but very practical too. He was able to see things that I couldn't e.g. when I was thinking about certain roles being a 'maybe' and dithering over derails, he detected something that would ultimately make it a yes or a no, which was the push I needed. He also gave advice and tips on how to use AI to search for roles, which has been so helpful and as someone who was a bit fearful of AI, I am much more confident using it now for this purpose. It was too much to take on myself to have to adapt CVs manually for different roles, so I am grateful for his advice on this. Overall, I have left the sessions feeling much clearer on what roles would suit my skill set and more confident on how to approach job applications. Would highly recommend to anyone needing career coaching. Thank you Chris!

Chris remembers key points from our conversations and brings them up at just the right moments, it always feels thoughtful and helps keep me moving forward. His coaching techniques are practical, effective, and deeply encouraging. I truly feel supported every step of the way.

Chris is an outstanding coach. He helped me discover and explore an eye-opening array of career opportunities that would suit my personality and skill set. I now have next steps, what to do if it goes wrong and an overview of what I want from my entire career. It has been incredibly beneficial, a hugely positive experience and I will most certainly return to Chris when interviews crop up. Thank you!

Working with Chris has been an incredibly beneficial process to my career, future and life. I was at a heavy crossroads with which direction my career should take and I felt stagnant and unable to see a clear heading forward. Chris listened carefully to my story, probed right into the crux of the problem and then took me through the process to discover of what I was truly looking for. He used some very useful techniques and exercises that meant I could clearly establish the right job I am looking for. I will continue to use these exercises later in my life too. He then also held me accountable to the direction I had chosen and made sure I had a clear step by step process to get me moving. I'm very thankful for his services he is a great coach using humour and direct questioning to really help me on my career path. Would highly recommend. Thanks Chris!
