So take your time to find someone that you are really comfortable with. Remember that the relationship may last not just months but years. Do not think of a mentor as a problem solver, or someone who will correct a mistake you make. He will not provide you with a solution to your most recent problem. What you must remember is to share your goals and fears openly with your chosen mentor. Only when you can do this comfortably can your mentoring relationship really flourish and succeed.
